CSK Internet and Small Loans Limited (CSK) was founded in Jamaica with a clear conviction: access to responsible financing can move people forward faster than charity ever could. Inspired by the microfinance model popularised through the Grameen Bank, our founder, Mr. Hubert Kerr, a Senior Marine Pilot, serial entrepreneur, and Jamaican of humble beginnings, established CSK with a deep desire to help ordinary Jamaicans take meaningful steps toward financial independence.
Incorporated on June 23, 2008, CSK began operations shortly thereafter, initially offering small loans to the public alongside internet café services. Over time, we evolved strategically, discontinuing the internet café and expanding into a wider financial services offering, including a Bank of Jamaica licensed cambio, designed to support Jamaicans with secure and reliable foreign currency trading.
